It has been said that children are like sponges. They soak up everything around them. It’s true. Children learn things at a phenomenal rate when they are little. The more they can learn at a young age, the better. Whatever is learned at a younger age, the easier a child learns it too. This means that learning languages, math, reading and other concepts can be learned at an accelerated rate while a child is still young. It becomes more and more difficult to learn a second language and other things as a person gets older. In fact, if a person does not catch onto other languages fairly easy, it can be near impossible for some people to acquire a second language.

account in a broker online and invest my money in several blue chips. My hubby
is very happy that I risked some of our money in the stock market; he did not
know at first because I don’t want him to

Cash Dividends from Jollibee Food Corporation
Last time, I received cash dividends from Jollibee, because I
held some shares of them before the ex-date. Actually I should have received
more but because I made some mistakes in investing, I only got 40 shares to be
entitled for dividends.

BPI Newest Investment Product: BPI Philippine Equity Index Fund
Bank of the Philippine Islands has launch a new unit investment trust fund
or UITF called BPI Philippine equity index fund which has a main goal of riding
the bullish market of Philippine Stock Exchange.
Just like the other UITF products of BPI the initial start of this investment is
Php 10,000 and can do cost averaging with just a little as Php 1000 monthly for
a longer period of time yet minimizing risk. These funds will invest in the

I am watching Boracay Bodies last night, a reality TV
show in TV5 that has a location in Boracay that each member were given a
certain task and finish the job, of course they are all good looking and in great
shape.
I was not able to watch the whole series and the episode
that night, but the show is in auctioning time trying to sell their own things
which they will need a fund for the next day.

After two months of venturing
in the stock market as a newbie I am glad that I survive it. I believe that
learning from the experience is a great teacher that’s why I risk my earnings
from blogging to invest in the stock market. I don’t know why I am confident in

percent of the population are engaging into investing while many are still

Applying UITF in BPI
Yesterday
I submit all my papers and forms that I downloaded from my online banking of
BPI to apply for UITF. Maybe UITF sounds astronomies to many and for the benefit
of those who never knew UITF it means Unit Investment Trust Funds.
What is UITF?
These are investment scheme offered by the banks wherein money from different
investors are pooled or collect together into one fund to achieve success in
investment. Usually investors in UITF are those who don’t have any time to learn
more or no idea in other forms of investment like stock market and mutual
funds. It is usually called automatic vehicle where money of investors is
handle or manage by financial expertise manager in UITF. The earnings from
UITF ranges from 8% to 16% per year which is better from time deposits or
special deposit accounts in the bank, hence of course since this is investment
has it also own risk, so caveat brothers and sisters.
