My Son's Interest on Blogging and Earning

Finally my son finished another level in studying and he gave me a reward that can make any parents be proud of. He is one of the top 10 honorable mention in his class where there are almost 40 pupils competing, glad that he was able to make it while some of his classmate have undergone tutor after class. I know that he is smart kid but playing can separate him from studying more. He also talks as if I am talking to a grown up man because he already know how hard we earn money for a living. He never insisted also to buy an specific toy if the price was really high, for him a toy that was beyond Php 100 (almost $3) was a bit pricey and can slashed the savings from our money.

Black Christmas Eve

Have you experience this? Brown out just before the Christmas Eve, it is our first time to actually celebrate Christmas with no power at all here in our place in Bongabon, Nueva Ecija. But even though we haven't enough lights in our home it didn't stop us to celebrate Christmas. We still enjoy the foods and the kids are still awake, playing while enjoying their gifts and foods, and we adults are keeps on joking around and chatting with the family. I guess we are all finally move on with the heartache and pain after losing our dear family member Jerek.

Returning the Reward

I am so happy that finally my son is now emerging to become smart in his class, not that he is really on top of the list (please see my post on how I tutor him) but being one of the list is enough to make me feel proud of him. He is really exerting more effort now in class and can do his assignment alone. So in return I always fill his coin bank with coins and after every grading period i'll make sure that we can go to the mall and buy his preferred toys.

Board Exam of Civil Engineering in Qatar

This is just a quick post, I just want to ask again some prayers from you to let my husband passed the Board exam this 2nd week December of 2011. I know that I once ask this from you (see here) but I am begging again some support and prayers for him.

Christmas Time Again

Once again the most awaited season that everybody is looking for is here, it's Christmas time. But to tell you the truth whenever you are growing up the excitement about it are also decreases. Or is it only just me. Last year as the seasons are approaching some tragic happened to our family (see details). So I hope that you forgive me if I am not so excited about it.

But it is never for a child, Christmas for them is a very important event. They feel that this is their time to feel happy and receives gifts and some money from their grandparents and relatives. My son is the one who initiated us to set up our Christmas tree. I actually don't like the idea because I know that our Christmas tree was broken in its stand. So I just keep on promising that I will set it up later.

My mom who always love his grandson did some fixes to the broken tree by putting it in a box that serves as a stand as nobody wants to buy new tree and accessories and wrapped with wrapping paper. And so we had our Christmas tree and my son was happy about it.
