I am so happy that finally my son is now emerging to become smart in his class, not that he is really on top of the list (please see my post on how I tutor him) but being one of the list is enough to make me feel proud of him. He is really exerting more effort now in class and can do his assignment alone. So in return I always fill his coin bank with coins and after every grading period i'll make sure that we can go to the mall and buy his preferred toys.
My son is on Top 9 just like his place in first grading too, and averaging of 89 to almost 90 not bad from being the nuisance and one of the popular bad boy during his Grade 1 level. Maybe he realize now the importance of learning on Grade 2. And giving him a reward after every success is a good motivation to learn more.
Congrats King! Mama and Papa is so proud of you.
